OM SUBMERSIBLE PUMPS

The OM-44,49,415 and 422 submersible pumps are designed to pump civil and industrial water with a high presence of abrasive suspended solids.

The low speed of the 4-pole motor, the presence of the agitator blade before the impeller, the cooling of the motor guaranteed even at the minimum suction level and the quality of the materials used, make these pumps the best solution for civil engineering, mining, aggregate quarries and industrial wastewater treatment.

The pump body is made of EN-GJL200 cast iron while the open type impeller and the wear plate are made of hardened cast iron EN-GH300 with hardness of approx. 500 HB.

The two opposing mechanical seals of the WIDIA/WIDIA type are housed in an oil-lubricated sealed chamber.

The OM-22 pump, the smallest of the family, is designed for pumping civil water and industrial with a high presence of abrasive suspended solids.

Used for limited flow rates, the electric motor in this case is a 2-pole and the pump is completely made of EN-GJL250 cast iron, single-channel impeller and wear plate in EN-GJL250 cast iron and opposing mechanical seal of the WIDIA/WIDIA type oil-lubricated; on request it can be equipped with a built-in start/stop float.
